Production/Delivery/Returns

Productions and Dispatch Times
All our handmade and personalised products carry a production time of 3 working days.
Production and dispatch times for our gifts are based on Monday to Friday and does not include weekends and bank holidays during busy and seasonal periods it may take longer to produce your order.
Please check your address and postcode carefully upon checkout should you provide incorrect postage details, then you are liable for the full cost of re-issuing your order and are not entitled to a refund.

Delivery 
All our items are sent out via Royal Mail standard 1st class – (this service is not trackable) if you wish to upgrade to signed for postage please select this service when selecting your product this will automatically add this to the product price, Cubbie bears with presentation boxes are sent out via DPD tracked 2 day service, Cubbies with no presentation box are sent out 1st class Royal Mail signed for.
Please note upgraded postage is not available on all of our items, if more than one item is added to your cart you will only be charged one shipping cost this will be calculated automatically for you.
We cannot be held responsible for your order not reaching you in time if your item is for a special occasion please order within good time to allow production and delivery.
Cancelling an Order
Personalised items cannot be cancelled once they have entered the production process and we will not be able to offer a refund as these are personalised specifically for you we will not be able to re-sell these items. Please check all spelling on the text you have entered carefully as how it appears on screen is how it will be spelt we cannot offer a refund for misspelt personalised items.

Returns and Exchange
Personalised items have no value to us once they have been personalised for you please take care when ordering these items from our website as no refunds, returns or exchanges can be offered once the item has been personalised.

If an item arrives to you faulty please contact us within 24 hours via email info@roffles.co.uk with your order number, your name, details of the fault and where possible please send pictures of the damaged item, please state whether a replacement or refund is required. Please note we cannot refund or replace an item through result of misuse.
